B&B Hotel Girona 2 - Salt

Spacious room with comfortable beds and free coffee available 24/7. Wi-Fi signal weak at times.

This is a budget hotel, the walls are thin, equipment/beds cheap but the rooms were clean and comfortable.We chose this hotel as it cheap, however it was quite a distance from the centre of Girona.

There was a big leak in the bathroom - lots of water started gushing out from the ceiling at about 6am!We informed the reception who said they would take a look at this.

Very basic hotel, but with clean rooms and enough parking space around the hotel. Suitable for a short stay and to visit the city of Girona.

Good facilities, close to shopping mall with food outlets with discounts for hotel guests. Convenient for motorway but without traffic noise.

- the staffs were great. Had trouble locating the place, maybe my GPS needs an updated map. Actually I chose this place as this was near to the airport, better than being in the city if I have to catch a flight at 6 in the morning. I had rented a car so e'thing was super smooth. Clean place, nice atmosphere. Honestly I did not expect this service for the money I paid, a class act. Amazing place, highly recommended. Sidorme rocks.

hmmm...i would fill in here something just for the heck of it....I liked e'thing...probably it would suit if someone landing / taking flight from Girona airport...

I almost gave this place a good review, but then reality hit. The room was embarrassingly basic, like seriously? Plus, my sleep was disturbed by loud noises at night-how inconsiderate! I expected some sort of upgrade or at least comfy ambiance for my money, but clearly that's too much to ask around here. Shameful.

Cleanliness and location close to airport.

Free coffee was indicted everywhere however when I tried using the machine your staff asked me for a Euro coin which I disagreed. They made me fill a membership card and told me that every time I wanted free coffee I had to show the card and they will open and set the machine to give me free coffee. This is next to begging which I very much desist. To be fair machine gave me free coffee without any problems after that incident without the need for my begging to your staff.

The proximity to the Mercadona and a big shopping center made it easy to grab essentials and snacks. The breakfast was surprisingly good, with a decent selection that kept us satisfied. The complimentary coffee machine and access to a microwave in the hall were great perks, perfect for late-night cravings. The location was quite a trek from Girona city center was good. The lack of air conditioning in our room was a significant downside, especially since the temperature reached 38 degrees outside. We had to cope with the noise from the street as well after opening the windows to cool down. Lastly, a more efficient parking system would greatly benefit future guests. There's potential here, but some serious improvements are needed.

Everything was perfect and the rooms were nicely decorated. Liked the location close to the airport. Besides, it was so close to several buses that drive straight to the city centre, the commercial center and the motorway and a Mercadona supermarket and other shopping areas, free coffee /tea machines. We had very nice time at the hotel and will choose the place for future trips.

Service That Shined Brightly

The staff here. They provided really good assistance, guiding me through local attractions and even offering a complimentary coffee service at all hours. The cleanliness of the room stood out.

Unfortunately, my room had a ventilation issue since the window couldn't open. The cleaning product scent was overwhelming. The breakfast layout was a bit confusing.

Very well located for access to/from Girona. Rooms are comfortable - with especailly good showers. Breakfast is good value. The nearby mall offers a great range of eating and shopping options. The Wifi is very good and makes this a a better option than the competing hotel!

The glass door to the bathroom seems like it may not be very functional! (Has a mind of its own)

just what you need no gimicks straight forward b&b with good location and great staff .

the laundry collection at 2am & 4am outside room ! i thaught a bomb had dropd !
